About us
Kalm is an online-based project that not only offers informative, easy-to-approach, and focused articles about self-care and healthy-living written by our team but also an app that acts as users' trustable and 'teenage-alike' health assistant in the making. Our target audience is Vietnamese teenagers, particularly high schoolers, and anyone who is interested in the promotion of mental health and self-love.
The Full Story
We are brought together by CMPAZ to come up with a solution for mental health in Vietnam. CMPAZ is a social platform that connects students, mentors and organisations from all over the globe to deliver impact-driven projects and make a difference to the World with taught creative thinking and collaboration skills. 5 individuals from Vietnam (Trang, Bill, Duc Anh, Van Anh, Khanh), 1 mentor (M.s Lora), and 1 supervisor (M.s Chi). With the help of the mentors, teachers, and corporate leaders from CMPAZ and our concern for the mental health and overall living qualities of students in Vietnam, our peers, we came up with Kalm.
